Returns information - extended returns policy during Covid-19 outbreak

Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 outbreak, we are currently allowing up to 90 days for returns to come back to us.

With the exception of the rare occasion when an item is delivered with a fault or not as ordered, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. In the case of requiring an exchange, there is no charge for us to send the replacement out.

All products being returned must be in original condition with all packaging and swing tickets included.

We suggest the use of a signed for postal service. Please include either a copy of the original delivery note with instructions written on it, or include a note with your name and address and instructions.

If you are returning goods from outside the European Union please mark the outside of the package "Mail order purchase - returned for refund/exchange".
