Covid-19 change to normal service - 5th April 2020
Currently we are still able to despatch orders using the Royal Mail only, both in the UK and Internationally. Deliveries are still being received safely and in good time to most countries.
Our lead times will be slightly slower due to changes in stockroom operational procedures for safety reasons, so orders which are usually despatched within 24 hours will now take up to three working days. Next day delivery is currently only available via the Royal Mail special delivery service.
When an order is placed, it will now only be authorised as opposed to charged immediately. As soon as we have picked and prepared the order for despatch, it will then be charged. Depending on how your credit card issuer handles this type of transaction, you may see a temporary block on your card while the authorisation is being processed.
You now have 90 days to make returns during the period of the crisis. Currently this applies to any orders placed up to and including the 30th June.
A small selection of our products are currently held in our Madrid stockroom which is closed until at least 25th April. These are mainly childrens shetland fairisle knitwear and ladies lambswool twin sets. If you order any item that is held there, we will email you immediately with the current delivery situation.
