Johnstons of Elgin are an independantly run company since 1797 and have been making Johnstons accessories, Johnstons scraves, Johnstons stoles and Johnstons knitwear for over two hundred years.

The Johnstons mill in Elgin were the pioneers of weaving cashmere in Scotland and the Johnstons mill is the only one in Britain that actually starts with the raw fcshmere ifbre and takes it right through to the final product.
